Dr. Timothy J. Bingaman
Dr. Timothy J. BingamanDr. Bingaman was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in biology from Lycoming College. He then received his Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris from University Of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1970. Prior to moving to Sussex County, he practiced at Marsh Animal Hospital in Verona, NJ for 5 years, where he was the primary veterinarian for the last 2 years there. Dr. B. has been with Hamburg Veterinary Clinic since 1975. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. B enjoys road cycling, hiking, kayaking, photography, and playing acoustic guitar. He and his wife are parents to a motley crew of rescue pets.
Dr. Scott F. Martens
Dr Scott F. MartensBorn in Sussex County, Dr. Martens has always been interested in animal health and welfare. Being mentored at a very young age by a neighborhood veterinarian, his career path was certain from very early on. After finishing his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University early, he attended the University Of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where he focused on small animal medicine and surgery. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Veterinariae Mediciniae Doctoris in 1997. After practicing briefly post-graduation in southern California as a relief and emergency veterinarian, Dr. Martens returned back to his hometown area to establish his veterinary roots. He is now the owner of Hamburg Veterinary Clinic, and has been practicing here for the past 22 years.
Dr. Jacquelyn Denheyer
Dr Jacquelyn Denheyer, DVMDr. Jackie was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She earned her bachelors from the University of Rochester. Prior to entering veterinary school, Dr. Jackie worked at Hamburg Veterinary Clinic as a technician where her love of medicine flourished. She later graduated Cum Laude from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her DVM., and a surgical excellence award. Dr. Jackie then worked in New York State in a small animal practice prior to returning to the Hamburg Veterinary Clinic team.

She and her husband are the proud parents of 2 children and 2 unruly beasts: Bella, an Australian Shepherd, and Miss Puss, a cat with an attitude.
Dr. Nancy Shaw, DVM
Dr. Nancy Shaw has been practicing veterinary medicine in New Jersey for the past twenty plus years. She graduated twice over from Cornell University and went on to complete an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital. She adores traveling with her family: husband John and grown children Jimmy and Maggie. She enjoys gardening out in her yard while her two ducks, Sweet and Sour, and two dogs, Davidson and Temmoku, and two cats Radio and Refrigerator keep her company.
Dr. Kai Branning, DVM
Dr Kai Branning, DVMDr. Kai Branning is a Sussex County native and High Point Regional graduate. You may remember her singing the National Anthem at the Sussex County Fair Opening Day or the 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony. At the age of 8, while watching a local veterinarian take care of her pony Freckles, she decided this is exactly what she wants to do. At the age of 14 she started spending her summer breaks working with a surgeon in Maryland. Eventually she was awarded a full ride scholarship to Rutgers University Cook College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Next she attended North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine, which is currently ranked 3rd among the top veterinary schools. She is the recipient of the American College Of Veterinary Surgeons Excellence in Surgery Award and Winners Circle Scholarship. Dr. Branning has her own equine ambulatory practice, Branning Equine, which keeps her very busy. But in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding her horses, going hiking with her rescue dog Petey, kayaking and playing her guitar.

She has over 20 years experience in the veterinary field. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and all their furry friends, or relaxing with a good novel and cup of tea.

Kim K. Assistant Office ManagerKim joined our practice in February 2019 as a client service representative. Besides her reception duties, she also works as a veterinary assistant, and more recently, the Assistant Office Manager position. Kim has been involved with animals her whole life from showing and training dogs as a kid, to working at a local animal rescue and other veterinary offices throughout the years. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and spending time her furbabies: a doggie named Mia, and two cats Cali and Zoey.

John KollbockerJohn has been working in the veterinary field for the last 26 years and counting. After leaving approximately 10 years ago to work in veterinary emergency in Florida, John returned to Hamburg Vet in 2011 and remains as head veterinary technician. His special interests include veterinary ultrasound and surgery. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids, and 2 grandkids.

She has a bunch of pampered pet rats and an even more spoiled American Bully named Ziva. When not at work, Sarah likes lounging by her pool, eating junk food, and binge watching Jeopardy and Law & Order.
Emillie T., Veterinary Technician
Emillie T.Emillie joined Hamburg Veterinary Clinic in 2013. She graduated from Sussex Community College with her Associates Degree, and was accepted into the Veterinary Technician Program at Bergen Community College. In her spare time she loves spending time with her friends and playing with her dog Bailey.

In addition to client services, Nancy has years experience as a veterinary technician with her primary interest being surgery. At home she has 2 rescue dogs, 2 cats, 1 horse, 1 bunny and a bearded dragon and when needed, bottle feeds orphaned kittens while also being involved with animal rescue and adoption. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, being at the barn riding her horse or on the backroads riding her motorcycle.
